Fall 2014 Challenge Course Trip

It's time to sign up for the club trip to The Evergreen State College Challenge Course scheduled for Saturday, September 27th. Be sure to complete all of the sign-up forms and waivers -- just pick them up in the library, have them signed by your parents/guardians and return to Mr. Coker. Please note: there are two waiver forms--one for The Evergreen State College and one for NTPS. Both will need to be completed and signed. The cost will only be $10 per person!
Click on the link above for more info about the Challenge Course. Any questions? See Mr. Coker.
Thanks!

Summer!
Summer is almost here! What are you going to do? Here are some options:
1. Get involved with the Mountaineers South Sound Adventure Club:
2. Get involved with the Olympia Yacht Club Youth Sailing program -- there's still time to sign up!
1. Get involved with the Mountaineers South Sound Adventure Club:
- You and your parents can sign you up free of charge online using the online Guest Membership form. You can also submit the PDF form via mail, if you wish. Just print out and mail.
- All students should apply for financial assistance (unless you absolutely don't want any). Here's the link to that form.
- All students and parents must sign the Youth Programs Waiver Form and turn in to Brigit Anderson
- All student and parents must complete and sign the Medical Authorization Form and turn in to Brigit Anderson
- One more legal form: all students and parents must complete and sign the Youth Health Form and turn in to Brigit Anderson
2. Get involved with the Olympia Yacht Club Youth Sailing program -- there's still time to sign up!
3. Spend some time at the Warehouse Rock Gym. They've got a great summer deal for students--see the image to the right and/or ask them about it.
4. Visit any or all of our local city, state or national parks. The nice thing about Olympia is that you don't need to go far!
5. If it's hot, go swimming. Here's a great article with many outstanding suggestions.
6. Check the NTHS Outdoor Club Facebook and/or Twitter pages for updates.

NTHS Night at the Rock Gym: Round Two!
Hey, everyone.
Our SECOND OFFICIAL "NTHS Night" at the Warehouse Rock Gym is coming up Monday, April 28th from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Once again, Carly has information posted on the club Facebook page as well. It's only $10 for a pass and rentals--a very good deal! See you there, and bring a friend!
If you're under 18 (and most of you are) you must have a parent/guardian sign a printed waiver. You can get one here or stop by and pick one up from Mr. Coker in the NTHS Library.
